If Lila had the manipulation skills that Canon wants her to have:
Have her reveal the lie about Gabriel being Monarch. And Adrien is horrified. And begs Marinette to tell him that it’s just another one of Lila’s lies, but Marinette isn’t a good liar so she slips. Bonus if Lila helps this by showing off the proof she got as Hoaxer.
I don’t think he’d go full evil unless Lila gets his Amok and subtly orders him to do so. But I think he’d be fighting against LB and everyone who knew the truth.
